Job Qualifications and Experience
- The suitably qualified candidate must have a Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field of study
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience working as an Office Administrator, Office Manager or its equivalent
- Expertise in using Ms Word, Excel as well as PowerPoint
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Must be familiar with office management procedures as well as basic accounting principles
- Possess good human resource management experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Excellent people skills required
- Should have good knowledge of databases and statistics
- Should be able to work well under pressure
