Job Details:
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering telephones in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Accurate and efficient data entry.
- Supporting sales staff by taking inbound calls and setting up appointments for potential customers.
- Responsible for assisting customers, employees, and the Office Manager.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- One to two years experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, receptionist or in another relevant administrative role.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Functional understanding of MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and goals.
