Job Details:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering telephones in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Supporting sales staff by taking inbound calls and setting up appointments for potential customers.
  • Responsible for assisting customers, employees, and the Office Manager.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder.
  • One to two years experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, receptionist or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
  • Functional understanding of MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and goals.
