We needed suitable candidate for the post of an Office Assistant in Abu Dhabi. Applicants who meets job requirements can apply.
Job Details:
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Communicate with customers and/or vendors.
- Correspond and schedule with logistics companies.
- Interact with other office personnel, sales representatives and managers.
- Data and order entry.
- Assist procurement manager.
- Schedule appointments and events.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Address clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person).
- Degree holder.
- One to two years experience as an Office Assistant.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel).
- Basic math skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
