ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring an organized, clean and tidy workspace.
- Maintaining and re-stocking office supplies.
- Monitoring the use of office equipment and materials.
- Managing a filing system.
- Handling incoming calls and other communication and correspondence.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail.
