ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming and greeting guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining the executive's schedule and dairies.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- To check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Managing the daily, weekly and monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Responsible for creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation.
- Should be having 1-2 years proven previous experience as an Executive or Administration assistant.
- The applicant must be with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Should have a detailed understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
