ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entering order details such as vendors, quantities, prices into the internal databases.
- Should research and find reliable and favorable vendors.
- To initiate the procurement process and follow it to the completion and ensuring suppliers are paid.
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers and choose the most suitable one.
- Responsible for negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- The candidate shall draw a plan for purchase of supplies.
- To track orders and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Reviewing quality and quantities of purchased products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The female candidate required to apply should be with 1-2 years experience as a Purchasing Officer.
- Strong research, presentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic language would be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
BENEFITS
Basic Salary, Commission plus yearly bonus
