ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To identify visitor's purpose and direct them to appropriate office or personal.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • To manage agendas, travel arrangements, events, appointments for the upper management.
  • Filing and updating contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • The candidate should be a graduate in secretarial or related field.
  • Should be with a dynamic personality to handle guests and visitors.
  • Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of computers and typing skills.
  • The candidates with spoken Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
  • Only female applicants with 1-2 years experience in the same role required to apply.
  • Must be be extremely fast in solving problems in creative ways.
  • Exceptional time management skills
