ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The candidate should greet customers and make them feel welcome.
• To inform customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and conformable shop.
• To restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearance.
• Handling and resoling customer complaints and concerns calmly.
• Performing regular price audits to identify and correct prices discrepancies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• The candidates required must be visit visa holders.
• Should be having proven previous sales experience of at least 1 year.
• Preferred male Malayalam speaking candidates.
• Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
• Should be a fast learner and able to think quickly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
