Sales & Leasing Consultant Job Vacancy in Dubai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call potential buyers and sellers
- Liaise with clients, accommodate their Sales and Rental requirements
- Ensure good working relationship with owners, developers and clients
- Regular contact with the Sales & Leasing Manager promptly reporting of any issues
- Service buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords
- List properties on internal/external websites
- Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available
- Prepare adequate and complete supporting documentation for the Finance division
- Conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales contracts
Skills & Knowledge

- Must possess excellent communication skills within English. Second language is an added advantage.
- Strong background within either Real Estate (Sales or Leasing) or High Net worth Sales
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and outlook

- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
