ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Organizing ands servicing meetings by producing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondences.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed on the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including coping, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English language.
- Should have Archiving and Telecommunication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite such as MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
- The required candidates must be on her Husband Father Visa.
- Only female applicants with 2-5 years experience in the similar role required to apply.
- Ability to contribute positively as part a team.
- Should be professional, confident and organized.
BENEFITS
Salary 3001-5000 AED.
