ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Organizing ands servicing meetings by producing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondences.
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed on the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including coping, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English language.
  • Should have Archiving and Telecommunication skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite such as MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • The required candidates must be on her Husband Father Visa.
  • Only female applicants with 2-5 years experience in the similar role required to apply.
  • Ability to contribute positively as part a team.
  • Should be professional, confident and organized.
