Job Description
As a Barista you will promote coffee consumption of the resort by storytelling, upselling, and by monitoring the beverage service. To be able to create interest in guests by demining their coffee interests and needs. Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee menu and able to showcase expertise in the field of coffee and it’s making process. Should have sound knowledge on luxury LQA standards and F&B knowledge.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge in coffee, brewing, grinding, texturing, Extracting, distributing and tamping, stretching, and texturing.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant role
- Extensive knowledge on types of coffee and milk
- Excellent guest service skills
Able to relocate to an remote resort location
