We needed suitable candidate for the post of Customer service executive in Abu Dhabi. Interested candidate can apply.

Job Details:
  • Handle customer calls and email correspondence being the primary and first contact point for the customers.
  • Handle and arrange system updates according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s and guidelines.
  • Provide the highest level of service to the customer with the aim of achieving business retention.
  • To support sales team to adhere to the sales and KPIs.
  • Handling Customer queries and maintaining all kinds of Customer support.
  • Handling customer service ,Focusing on solving customer complaints or problems effectively and efficiently.
  • To submit documents timely to carrier upon receiving from customer.
  • To follow-up with carrier for getting documents timely.
  • To submit shipping instruction with carrier and manage to get release Bills Of Lading upon finalization from customers as per requirement.
  • To update data in Operating system.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Candidate with two to four years experience as a Customer service executive.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Computer literate.
