Job descriptionEmployment: Full Time
My client, a major, international construction contractor, is urgently looking to appoint an Estimating Manager in their Dubai office, to develop ad deliver the estimating function strategy.
Working with the General Manager and the Business Development Manager you will be accountable for facilitating a profitable workstream for the business by ensuring that bids are prepared in a timely manner, are attractive to the client's customers, and meet the company’s requirements.

Requirements
Robust leadership qualities are imperative; a motivational leader who leads his team by example. Ideally, we are looking for an all-rounder with significant Civil and Marine construction experience. It is, as a minimum, essential that this person has strong infrastructure construction expertise. Middle East experience is also essential, and the person will be competent with Candy and Build Smart software.
