Job description:
Maintains and enhances the organization's Human Resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices, in one or more functional areas of human resources such as:
1) Employment/Pre-Employment,
2) Recruitment,
3) Employee Relations,
4) Training and Development,
5) Compensation-Benefits,
6)Personnel Appraisal.
Required Qualifications:
Four-year Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HRM.
Eight (8) years experience in HRM
Fluently in English Language
Use of relevant softaware
