Job Description

Inteior Design of commercial spaces and residential such as Offices, Educational Institute, Healthcare, F&B, Retail outlets ad Villas.
Meets functional and aesthetic goals, researches and fittings and establishes corporate or individual client base.
Sketchs prelimininary design plans, including MEP layouts.
Strong graphics and visualization skills to commuciate design ideas.
Creates idea boards to communcate design concepts to clients.
Assesses and meets client requirements through regular meetings and conferences
Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs ArchiCAD AutoCAD, 3Dmax, SketchUp, Lumion 3D, Photoshop, V Ray and hand-drawing skills.
Selects design strategies and color palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds
Adheres to national and local building and safety codes with every design element

Interior design for New / Renovation of commercial spaces such as Offices, Educational institute, Healthcare, F&B and Retail outlets.

Responsibilities:
Initial Concept design, presentation layouts, 3D visuals, Mood Board, Shop Drawing including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, 3Dmax or similar.
Strong project management skills. Must take initiative, manage resources and meet tight deadlines.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with different teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High standard of excellence and attention to detail.
