Marketing Executive Job in Dubai
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are meting to the target.
- Responsible for planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Handling the process of recruitment of Sales Team and train them to ensure they achieve sales targets.
- To research organizations and individuals online especially on social media to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Developing quotes and proposals and finalizing contracts or agreements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in diverse industries and experience a wide variety of company cultures.
- Should be with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Executive.
- Holding a bachelors or Master degree of Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
- Must have proven ability to develop and achieve aggressive results.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Should have experience in Business Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
