We are looking for a National Account Manager to join the team in Dubai, you will need to be extremely disciplined, a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to champion and drive change. Accountable for the development and implementation of new business for Alshaya Food, managing and growing existing and new accounts.

The ability to work on multiple projects is a must, prioritising workload and utilising internal support network the National Account Manager will have the ability to build strong internal relationships working closely with cross functional teams. The successful candidate will need to be commercially astute, with a track record of managing relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering appropriate solutions.

You will:
  • Constantly review the industry to identify local market trends, opportunities and areas of growth
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the business, across Alshaya brands and external customers
  • Be solutions focused, create innovative solutions through a consultative approach
  • You will manage the end to end sales cycle from NPD to launch
  • Develop, execute and monitor the joint Business Plan with all internal and external customers
  • Have an understanding of the local market and have an established network in retail, Horeca and foodservice
  • Be flexible to travel throughout the Middle East
  • Be a team player

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales in an FMCG environment, food manufacturing is desirable
  • A thorough understanding of the industry and channel structure and the inter-relationships between them
  • Have excellent communication, project management and leadership skills respecting the company's value
  • Prove to be strong in analytic thinking
  • An aptitude to deal with a variety of different people within the customer & to establish relationships
  • Excellent communication skills – both in group and individual situations
  • A desire to ‘challenge positively’ – think big and take a proactive approach to the customer.
