Description
Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Full involvement in the lead generation process, from sourcing for leads to cold calling potential clients.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Participate actively in a sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- Three years of work experience as a Sales coordinator.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
