Description
Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders via email or phone.
  • Full involvement in the lead generation process, from sourcing for leads to cold calling potential clients.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Participate actively in a sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Three years of work experience as a Sales coordinator.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
