Summary: Perform a variety of sales coordination related duties to support Sales Manager in an effective and timely manner.

Whom we are looking for?
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator preferably with an Engineering degree (Mechanical) to join our sales team. The position serves as a vital link between us and clients. Therefore, your communication skills (verbal and written) and product knowledge will be of high importance. Responsibilities and requirements are as follows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming email, faxes and post as instructed and compose routine responses. Update clients about their orders accordingly
- Prepare quotation as instructed by the department head and follow up for the same with the client
- Process clients' purchase orders into approved sales orders and sales invoice for the purpose of updating and distributing information to the material management department
- Communicate with the production department to coordinate job orders and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Liaise with department and shipping agencies for secure timely delivery of goods and services to clients
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the sales manager
- Communicate with sales team for the status of order and position of the sales industry
Job Requirements
- At least graduate from recognized college / University (Mechanical Engineering background is preferred)
- Technical knowledge about metal products will be highly regarded
- Minimum 2-year experience in the Sales department in a leading company
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Arabic is must
- Proficiency in using MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with good typing speed
- Must be able to handle pressure situation
- Team player
