What you will do in this Job :
- Continuously innovate to develop winning marketing campaigns to achieve country objectives (e.g. financial targets; brand metrics; team objectives; retailer, carrier and distributor plans etc.)
- Build strong partner & channel co-marketing & visibility plans – offline & online
- Present marketing & go to market plans, propositions and strategies internally for approval, and externally to aid sell-in
- Strengthen Motorola / Lenovo brand awareness, consideration and purchase intent with consumers and retail recommendation rates with trade partners while Tracking and improve marketing metrics
- Manage, administer and track all marketing budgets within the country
- Motivate and challenge local Marketing team and agency resource
- Collaboration and strong teamwork with other members of the Motorola country team including Sales, Finance, Business Operations and Product. Align with global and regional teams
- Lead development of marketing and communication strategies for other markets in the region that have similar market dynamics or partners where required
- Develop specific account marketing & retail strategies in collaboration with GTM account managers, including launch and sell–through programmes
- Innovation - ability and proven track record of driving innovation/disruption in the business and the business model
- Plan, trans create and execute all relevant marketing communication materials in alignment with global brand guidelines
- Build strong relationships with all relevant partner organizations
- Provide stakeholder teams (such as Regional marketing, GTM, partners, agencies) with regular marketing information and presentations as required
- Communicate partner specific and local requirements to the Regional and Global Marketing Team
- Plan and execute all account related events and trade shows
- Responsible for aligning country and account specific PR and Social Media projects with PR team
Prior experience in retail field & promoter team management will be an added plus
Position Requirements:
What you would have done:
- Acquired minimum 6 Years’ experience of marketing in a global tech-oriented business, with marketing activities including strategy and planning, campaign development, sell-in propositions, development of training materials, traditional and digital advertising, social media, merchandising, transcreation, and budget development and control
- Individual contributor experience in a matrixed brand management structure, and of working successfully across borders and cultures
- Ability to influence and follow through successful plans within large, dynamic organizations
- Track record of managing and growing a successful marketing team and initiatives of large scope, complexity and geography
- Interfaced with senior management level, clearly able to articulate and win approval for conceptual idea
- proven experience with the mobile industry and fluent in social, digital media, PR
- Team player that leads by example, motivates and inspires
- Develops strong business relationships, and collaborates with all levels of an organization
- Accomplished idea-generator who can push local teams to find new and innovative ways to maximize available resources
