Job description:
- Management of the office, providing assistance to the CEO of the association,
- Collection of funds, preparation of salaries,
- Working with various bodies, including municipal bodies,
- Working with suppliers and customers,
- Providing service, log management, procurement and administration.
- Experience in running an office, compulsory (preferably in an association or municipal corporation), responsible, loyal, big head, ability to work under pressure and multiple tasks,
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, good interpersonal communication, service, organized,
- Has sales and marketing ability,
- Pleasant and fluent phrasing, personal maturity, pleasant and patient attitude towards children and teenagers.
- Basic bookkeeping, an advantage.
Computer applications required:
Full control of office software (mainly Excel spreadsheets), Internet, media.
