Call Center Cum Telecaller Job at Qudoos Group - Dubai
Duties and Responsibilities- Answer all incoming calls
- Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
- Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary
- Up-sell accounts when appropriate
- Maintain working equipment
- Follow company regulations and report malfunctions
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- High performer with a track record of over-achievement
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
