Customer Experience Manager - Africa - Animal Health Business
Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager (CX Manager) to join our Animal Health Business for Africa region. The purpose of this role is to support, monitor and challenge the commercial team through analysis of CX core responsibilities in order to achieve short and long-range objectives, which focus on maximizing sales and profitability.

The position holder will be responsible to:
- Establish and follow-up KPIs in terms of business activities.
- Create mechanisms and processes to identify business opportunities, to create value propositions, to support and build in commercial performance and to drive continuous improvement in co-operation with related teams
- The position is directly reporting to Animal Health Business-Country Head Africa and dotted line reporting to Head of CX META (Middle East, Turkey, Africa).
- This job has an impact on both operational and strategic activities and process in the organization and ensures excellence in interacting with the organization's varied customers. It also has an impact on the overall organization's culture and capabilities and competitiveness in the market.
The Core responsibilities such as;
• Strategic Account Management
• Customer Data Analytics
• Sales Force Excellence
• Veeva CRM and related platforms
• Engagement Channel Excellence
• Operational Excellence (Neogrid, Tableau/Insights, Digital tools etc.)
Ensure the preparation and communication of monthly reports covering market, competitors, Field Force and product performance for internal use.
Set stretching KPIs and objectives for the team and evaluate the performance to drive continuous improvement
Provide business support to the Country Head and Area Business Managers including but not limited to, providing insights and competitive intelligence activity and process, dissemination of business intelligence
Lead and manage projects interconnected Animal Health business and Enabling Functions ensuring effective communication and information flow
Support on maximizing ROI and measuring brand elasticity to investment to improve the effectiveness of marketing investments

Requirements:
- Commercial or business administration degree with minimum 5 years of solid experience in Sales Force Effectiveness and/or Business Excellence, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience in one of the following Sales, Marketing, Training, and Key Account Management
- Digital and Multichannel Excellence experience is a plus
- Very much knowledge of MS applications and CRM/SFE tools and platforms
- Advanced in English
- Strong and broad understanding in the areas of Marketing, Sales & Digital
- Passion for performance and Quality with attention to details
- Proven ability to work and coordinate cross-functionally
