Document controller Job Description
DESCRIPTION
Hiring a Document controller for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the document control system.
- Monitors the movement of documentation based on tracking log.
- Manages and maintains updated documentation throughout the project life cycle.
- Compiles, organises and updates records into the computer system on a routine basis to ensure accurate data is available for use when required by relevant personnel/department;
- Organises all the documentation for disposal and retention based on specific requirements and company’s policies and assists in file migrations and audits as required.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Relevant experience as document controller.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess strong organisational skills, meticulous and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
