Hiring an HR Officer for Abu Dhabi.

HR Officer job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages new employee travel and accommodation arrangements and logistics.
  • Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements.
  • Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
  • Prepare and circulate HR announcements such as Public Holidays and other announcements.
  • Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.
  • Supports the new employee orientation process; ensures that all required new employee forms are properly prepared and signed; creates new employee personnel files.
  • Coordinates with the Public Relations team for visa documentation collection and follow up.
  • Ensure that all documents of the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • One to two years' of experience in the similar role.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good command in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
