Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Officer
Can you create and maintain a flawless HR administration? Do you want to develop yourself as a HR professional in this growing organization? Then do read on, because the position as HR officer might be perfect for you.

What you will be doing
The tasks of the HR officer are very diverse, so no need to be bored. You will be working from the Artefact office in Dubai, however you are not afraid of doing some tasks for other Artefact offices all over the world. You have a fine eye for detail and you know what it is like to work in a structured and punctual way. With enthusiasm you know how to do our HR administration and support the growing organization with your HR knowledge. Some of the tasks and topics you’ll be covering are the following:
  • Recruitment
  • Planning of appointments;
  • Placing jobs online;
  • Support in recruitment;
  • Representing Artefact on (campus) events or other recruitment events;
  • Supporting the whole onboarding process.
  • Employee relationship management
  • Creation of agreements and contracts;
  • Processing changes in- and terminations of labor contracts and insurances;
  • Planning and support of Training, People reviews and other ways of personal development plans;
  • Retention; the creation and retention of a happy, positive and engaged workforce and place to work. And brainstorming and organizing activities to create an engaged workforce;
  • Supporting and helping in various HR projects.
  • Global mobility
  • Support the administration and helping with the application of visas, work permits, immigration questions, etc.

HR Administration of:
  • Sick leave;
  • Life events;
  • Notification of team leads regarding contract issues;
  • Notification of team leads regarding performance management conversations;
  • Improving processes and systems in innovative ways.
What we are looking for
In order to be successful in this position you have the following characteristics: you work in a accurate way; you are self starter and can work independently; you are result-driven; and you are able to easily understand the workings of new systems and new topics. Therefore, we would like to see the following things on your resume:
  • You have at least 2 year of relevant work experience ;
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS is a very nice to have;
  • You are a king/queen in MS Office;
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and written;
  • You are flexible in your working hours and tasks, meaning no 9-to-5 mentality;
