Working closely with the Head of Department, the position holder is expected to have full visibility, complete power-mapping of large opportunities in order to increase Business Opportunities in line with SGE’s guidelines and objectives.
Throughout the process, the position shall take the role of consultative selling to increase the Display sales in the UAE and other GCC countries. This position ensures to delivery of the end-to-end business development management responsibility with high revenue & profitability targets in mind.

Role and Responsibilities
- Main Objective to increase the No of BO’s for sales & to achieve the Monthly Targets with end customers.
- Approach and Manage relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Partners in Market.
- Meet partners regularly to identify sales and business opportunities, resulting in increased BO’s & Sales of Samsung Display units.
- Recruit tier 2 partners to capture their strengths and provide them with consultative services, supporting their business whilst promoting Samsung Displays ahead of competition.
- Accompany Tier 1 or Tier 2 partners to customer meetings and support them in identifying the benefits out our Displays products, also provide them with any product clarification or support as required to educate the end customer.
- Managing pricing to all the Tier 1 as well as Tier 2 partners respectively.
- Prepare Commercial / Technical proposals along with Pre-sales to meet the end customer requirements.
- Managing and preparation of PI’s for weekly, monthly sales sell in to partners.
- Directly following with order management post confirmation of the PI (payment, releases, pick up etc.)
- Planning/organizing - the position holder plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Persuasive communication - the position holder should speak clearly, persuasively and professionally while presenting solutions, technology concepts to customers under positive or challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; demonstrates group presentation skills and in conducting meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years experience, 5 of which must be within sales in UAE & Gulf
- Bachelor's degree
- Must currently be based in UAE
