What you'll get to do...
We are seeking an analytically-minded Marketing Manager to develop and support GoDaddy's brand expansion in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) region. This role will be responsible for local in-market activities and digital marketing campaigns which drive engagement, conversion and revenue for GoDaddy EMEA. Market research, competitor insights and interpreting/tailoring of GoDaddy's marketing messages to suit the region will be a key part of execution in this role.
- Support new product, page or content launches through linguistic and brand messaging QA, detailed CX reviews to ensure successful launch and ongoing performance
- Plan and execute full funnel marketing campaigns working with Brand Management, Social, SEM, SEO and other channel teams.
- Support across integrated brand and theme-based (e.g. Ramadan or End-of-Year) campaigns focusing on asset and channel mix, localizations and go-to-market tactics.
- In-market competitor research and keeping the pulse of local market landscape to identify market-opportunities, pricing updates, creative or campaign optimizations, etc
- Work with product teams on activities to increase sales results
- Optimization of digital tactics through continual review and testing of creatives and tactics
- Act as the core strategic driver and content approver of content calendars, support the development and curation of content from multiple sources.
- Work with agencies to plan social campaigns and be the liaison for all reporting and performance optimization.
- Drive social activations to improve brand and buzz score – installations at local events, contests, etc. Relate back to business performance when correlates.
- Assist in the development of content for and the execution of the GoDaddy Gulf / Turkey YouTube channels. Ensure all content is SEO optimized.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to plan and deliver digital assets as part of evergreen campaigns and product campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on digital marketing campaigns. Analyze campaign results and make recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
- Support on-the-ground marketing efforts through identification of local distribution or program partners (such as the expansion of the educational 'Build Your Online Presence with GoDaddy' Empower by GoDaddy program in key MENA markets)
- Candidate will have Fluency in Arabic and English (essential)
- University Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- 5-7 years' experience in marketing campaign management
- Prior experience working in MENA or with MENA-based customers
- Strong return on investment focused background enabling on-the-go campaign optimization and channel selection, attention to detail, solid organisation skills and research-based planning experience
- Analytical and results-oriented mentality. Comfortable with marketing technology tools, able to independently report on campaign performance.
- Experience working remotely preferred and eligibility to work in country of job location.
