Job Responsibilities:
- Point of Contact for PCPs
- Employment Visa Process (1st Stage)
- Employment Visa Submission in OnBase
- Change of Status Submission in OnBase
- Residence Visa Stamping processing (1st Stage)
- Residence Visa / Entry Visa Cancellation processing (1st Stage)
- Pre-Approval processing (First Stage)
- Attestation Request Process (1st Stage)
- NOC & Letter Request Process (1st Stage)
- NOC & Letter Submission in OnBase
- MOA/OA Request processing (1st Stage)
- License Renewal Process (1st Stage – OnBase Processing)
- License Renewal with Amendment Process (1st Stage – OnBase Processing)
- Formation Cancellation processing (1st Stage)
- Updating Shams Application Processing Sheet (Renewal, Formation Cancellation MOA, OA, Pre-Approval, NOC, Priority Application)
- Releasing of E-Visa, Change of Status, NOC, Attested Documents and Letters in Onbase
- External releasing of Residence Visa, Visa Cancellation, Formation Cancellation and Immigration Card (New / Amendment)
- Importing Zoho Concierge Opportunity (Daily)
- Company Details Updating in Zoho CRM
- Operations Documents Checking for all transactions
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role as a receptionist or as an administrator in an organization of similar scale and size.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administration role.
- Salary: Up to AED 6,000
