Job DescriptionWe are in needs of a Help Desk as part of the job: Receiving inquiries and faults from users and assistance in resolving important faults.
Requirements Of Job
At least one year experience in the field as a technical supporter – Compulsory * Good acquaintance with Microsoft operating system – Compulsory * Knowledge of installation and repair of hardware and software problems – Compulsory * Understanding * High self-learning ability and teamwork ability required
Requirements Of Education
Relevant academic education / Graduates of computer courses / practical training / graduates of technology unit – Compulsory
