Job Description- You are operationally responsible for everything that has to do with finances
- You take over the monthly general ledger and help the tax office with the payroll (or even do it yourself)
- You create monthly and quarterly reports for our shareholders
- You are responsible for creating and developing our budget and business plan
- You support our departments in keeping your budget
- You make sure that our receivables management works and coordinate the work with our service provider for receivables management
- You monitor our cash flow and ensure that our suppliers and employee wages are paid on time
Qualification
- Training as a tax clerk and min. 2 years of professional experience in a tax office
- Hands-on with a high affinity for numbers
- You work independently and carefully
- You are a team player who enjoys getting down to business and building something together
- Entrepreneurial spirit in all areas of activity and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good time and self management
- Enthusiasm and humor
- Good knowledge of Excel
