Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitors the Click & Collect Supply Chain operational metrics on regular basis and owns the design KPIs for the workstream
  • Leads multiple Omni Channel projects – Fulfill from store, KPI improvements and geography expansion to establish C&C operating model of excellence
  • Works with multi-functional stakeholders across geographies for SLA adherence and project implementation
  • Leads the Click & Collect workstream during the peak events
  • Adept with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint – Python/ Power BI is a plus
