Key responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain orders and quotes.
- Responds to customer service calls.
- Answers customer inquiries.
- Checks status of items on backorder through the system.
- Contacts customers with status of backorders.
- Expedite orders as requested.
- Enters new customer data in the computer system.
- Works with other departments to assist in generating the best customer experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned related to customer service.
- Perform duties to ISO procedures and regulation standards/specifications
- Delivers exceptional customer service to the customers by responding to each request in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with customers.
- Presents a positive image of the company by maintaining procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (Chemical industry experience a plus)
- Knowledge of import and export and LC documentation
- Strong PC and computer software experience
- Microsoft word, outlook, excel and PowerPoint experience
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- Exceptional listening and probing skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
