TGW Ltd is now recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 15 months.

As a Finance Administrator, you will support the Lifetime Services(LTS) Finance Manager to ensure the provision of regular, high-quality financial information to the LTS Department.

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to support the Business area with regular high quality and timely financial information for three entities – UK, Benelux and Scandinavia.
• Work closely with the Project Managers and Key Account Managers to help them understand their financial information, identifying trends and areas for review.
• Provide information for, and attend, monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
• Provide ad-hoc and standard financial analysis & reporting to provide insight into the Company’s operations and financial performance.
• Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process for the business area.
• Deputise for Finance Manager when on leave and in meetings.
• Monthly tasks – to assist with the following:
• Contract trackers
• Sales calculations
• Margin reviews
• Open orders reports
• Top Attention Project reports
• Manage warranty process
• Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure timely and smooth input of data.

About You

• Previous experience in a finance role is essential
• Understanding of budget and forecasting processes
• Advanced level MS Excel skills
• Navision/ SAP ERP system experience would be an advantage
• Good data analysis skills
• Self-organised and good time management
• Presentation skills – written Powerpoint and Excel charts
