- Provide day to day authorization support to handle various functions across Citi
- To detect fraud using available detection tools
The job function is part of the core activities of the FRM unit.
The new joiner will be responsible to utilize existing fraud tools to detect and mitigate fraud losses, provide dispute resolutions, and authorization support to our clients

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day to day authorization support to handle all:
- Authorization maintenance requests
- AFEWS Alerts
- Investigate suspicious transactions, fraud alerts
- Coordination with Associations and reporting fraud / compromised cases
- Cardholder /acquirer requests
- Lost/stolen card processing
- Maintain the online authorization parameters table set
- Manage and maintain the On Line Authorization currency conversion table set
- Reviewing daily reports
- Handling queries from internal departments
- Cooperate with other GCB units to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain internal operations procedures that comply with Citigroup policy and guidelines
- Knowledge of best practices across the industry and globe

Knowledge/Experience:
- At least 2 years working experience, preferably with Fraud or Controls background
- Knowledge on consumer Product Knowledge (Cards and Loans )
- Experience in customer service. The incumbent must be able to provide excellent client service during fraud investigations, customer disputes or complaints
- Interpersonal skills: The incumbent will be interacting across different teams and units within the bank and must be able to establish himself/herself as the subject matter expert of Fraud
- Must be excellent in written/spoken communications
- Have a strong grasp of operational controls, compliance and quality assurance to help the team with its core deliverables
- Administrative and PC skills
University/Collegiate graduate (Bachelor Degree or equivalent)
