Job Description
  • Project Manage, Lead and execute Special HC Projects given by the OD head across the company related to transformation, special projects, change management, job analysis, evaluation and assessments.
  • Compile and Analyze data, documenting Human Capital efficiency & Accuracy and present to the head of OD
  • Analyze data create summary reporting and performs analysis to support senior management, employees and internal departments.
  • Modify or prepare new organization charts as and when required by management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 yrs. of Relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Relevant Field.
  • Detail knowledge of process and workflow.
  • Strong communication skill, problem-solving skill, ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Attention to details, self-management and supervisory skills
  • High sense of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-task skills
  • Detail focused and good commitment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Having a specialized degree is an advantage.
