HESLB Loan Allocation First Batch 2021/2022 Academic Year
Mission: To provide loans and grants to needy and eligible Tanzanian Students for Higher and Tertiary Education.
Vision: To be a reliable and sustainable revolving fund in financing eligible Tanzanian Students for Higher and Tertiary Education.

Release date of Phase II list
Regarding the announcement of the Phase II list, it was scheduled to be released on Thursday, October 21, 2021 after completing the ongoing application analysis and requiring applicantscreditors visit their SIPA accounts to get information about their applications.
“This first list includes qualified students including those in need, who have applied for accuracy and admission of one college… we complete the analysis of other applications and we will provide The second list in the next two days, namely, Monday, October 20, 2021, ”said Badru. TZS 570 Billion has been allocated for higher education loans 2021/2022. According to Badru, the Government has allocated TZS 570 billion for total student loans 160,000. Among them, 70,000 students will be new beneficiaries and more than 90,000 students are those continuing their studies after passing their annual examinations.
