HR Coordinator - Russian Speaking job at Hays - Dubai

Client is a Dubai based start-up and are looking for a Russian HR Coordinator. This will be the first HR role in the business and a very exciting opportunity for someone to set up the HR department, standards, policies and systems.
Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Russian speaking
- Currently based in UAE, with at least 1 year UAE experience
- Degree qualified
- Experience with HRIS
- Talent acquisition
- Employee relations
- Talent Management
- UAE labour law knowledge
- Setting policies
