- Working experience in Windows server 2012 r2 and advanced (AD, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V) systems
- Working experience in MS Office365 products
- Hands on experience in network devices – Firewall, Switches, Router, Printer & Wireless devices
- Installation & configuration NAS, SAN storage
- Expert in design and implement site office setup for 20-30 users
- Data Backup (cloud, on-premises)
- Experience in Avaya IP telephone System and Panasonic PABX
- Installation & configuration of CCTV and Biometric Attendance machine
- Installation & configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Knowledge related DynDNS, Site to site VPN, network troubleshooting tools.
- Desktop and Laptop Support (Microsoft office, Autodesk)
- Working experience in IT security, mail policy & antivirus
- Developing and supporting organizational security standards, best practices, preventative measures
- Monitoring networks for security breaches, investing violations as occurs
- Reporting on security breaches to the users if necessary
- Experience in managing domain, web hosting, WordPress website related works
