Overview
Job Title: Business Performance and Analysis Manager
Location: Morogoro, Tanzania
Industry: Banking
Minimum education: Bachelor Degree
Required Experience: At least 5+ years of Experience
Reports To: Head of Finance

Job Purpose
Coordinate bank short and long-term budgeting and planning, monitor its achievement, keep the focus on current and forward-looking vision, and be proactive to anticipate key issues by providing strong support and financial insight.

Job Qualification/Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • A Masters degree ajira is an added advantage
  • Five years of experience in financial management
  • Professional Qualification is desirable

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Good leadership and management skills

Job Qualification/Experience
