Irwin & Dow are proud to represent this global, US law firm based in DIFC, as they seek a new Legal Secretary to join their friendly and forward-thinking team. Their practice is highly diversified with a commercial focus and an international framework.
This vacancy requires candidates to have a mature approach and be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines to support in and EA capacity and also provide general office coordination support on a day to day basis. You will be considered an integral member of the team and therefore will be relied upon heavily for support, discretion and professionalism at all times. Duties will include diary, meeting and international travel management, document control and collation, opening of files, continuous compliance and monitoring and client interaction, both in person and via email. You will manage updates on legal software and manage billing and document control via these systems. Additionally, you will manage the administrative and operational needs of the office, including supplier agreements, internal events and liaison with the DIFC authority.
Legal Secretary Job Requirements
As this is a close-knit office team, we are seeking the right personality fit for the role, with an excellent MS Office skill set. Prior legal experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided, and support given. Candidates must possess an excellent command of the English language and be proactive, able to work quickly and efficiently at all times.
