Employment: Full Time
- Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate and demonstrable experience in the review and design of the hydraulics of sewage/storm water/ground water networks, of which 7 years as a Manager/Technical lead in a design management capacity of similar works.
- Assume all responsibilities related to project hydraulic works such design, analysis etc.
- Assist in design and provide recommendations hydraulic parameters of deep tunnel (Micro Tunnel, TBM etc.), pipes, conduits, design calculations and assessments etc.
- Assist in external and internal coordination pertinent to hydraulic works and design.
- Review, comment, recommend acceptance or otherwise on contractors’ and consultants’ submissions.
- Liaise with utilities providers and stake holders
- Performance of actual design duties and other related duties when directed.
General
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills
Ability to use hydraulic design software, particularly, Infoworks ICM is compulsory
Computer skills are mandatory.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University with Professional Qualifications from a recognized International Institution and with a professional career development record all as approved by the Engineer
