Reporting into the Head of HR, and managing a small team, you will be responsible for overseeing the; payroll systems, processes and wider group functions.

A key part of your role will be to manage, support and influence colleagues across all other departments and external contacts such as the HMRC and the payroll providers, on all aspects of payroll and benefits.
Ideally you will have experience of managing a large payroll service, together with good analytical skills allowing you to identify trends and take appropriate action,
Previous team management experience and a CIPP diploma would be great.
One of the first tasks you'll be looking at will be the implementation of a new payroll system (ADP), past experience of this would be very useful.
