About the Job:
Accountable for organizing, planning and growing sales from first party audience by deploying Display Network strategies. Liaises with various market leaders in remarketing technology and plays a pivotal role in bringing the technology within Qatar Airways fold. Drives campaigns catering to the entire network. In charge of communicating strategies and taking in puts from regions and stations to fine tune the campaign. Responsible for ensuring the banners are per brand guidelines and work with Marketing to bring innovation to banners and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Run Remarketing campaigns across Display Networks to create awareness and generate sales for Qatar Airways.
  • Run major Global Promotional campaigns.
  • Works on Digital Media Platforms like Google Ads, DV360 and other Display and Native advertising platform.
  • Perform quality-improvement and marketing hygiene activities across platforms used in the channel. Generate leads and establish contact with untapped QR-related content websites in order to grow the base of our Display Marketing program.
  • Work on Direct Deals, Preferred deals and other programmatic strategies to execute campaigns and optimize for results.
  • Work with the regions and stations to increase Display Marketing efficiencies and to gather regional needs for future campaigns or initiatives.
  • Maintains regular contact with all Digital stakeholders to inform them on performance levels, new products, for campaign planning and to exchange best practices.
  • Contribute to defining the airline global and regional remarketing strategy.
  • Able to fully manage the airline's digital remarketing partnerships with the aim of driving sales.
  • Create display creatives with dynamic elements, coordinate communication with suppliers, monitor results and suggests improvements thru analytics system in order to deliver the channel's sales objective.
  • Negotiate global display deals with major publishers/suppliers.
  • Lead technology projects related to display advertising from conception to roll out (including multi department relationships with Contracts, Marketing, IT, Procurement).
  • Lead finance processes, purchase order/insertion orders creation, performance monitoring and reporting, budget maintenance and invoicing/payments for the assigned channels, ensuring compliance with finance and procurement policies. Research and evaluate existing and new opportunities in online media to optimise and grow the airline's online marketing portfolio.
  • Coordinate the design of digital communications to before-and-after-purchase customers through display. Perform remarketing campaign management and optimization tasks, including media buying through ad networks.
  • Run analysis and tests across assigned channels and partners to maximize performance.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the line manager or Head of the department.
Qualifications
About you:
In order to be able to perform in the role you must have Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.

Essential Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or Marketing or Internet Marketing.
Active certification from technology providers like Google Ads, Google Marketing.

Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of working on Ad servers.
Masters Degree.
