Quality Assurance Supervisor Job at RTC-1 Employment Services - Dubai
Job descriptionEmployment: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
• Analyze reports from all departments including ISO, HACCP, QMS, ABWA & ESMA
• Ensure standard implementation, documentation, testing, auditing & municipality clearance
• Perform chemical and microbiological analysis and testing of raw materials to finish product after ozone treatment
• Supervise hygiene, safety, and quality of water production
• Train new workers on ISO, HACCP and Basic Food Hygiene
• Monitor services in CCPs, SOPs, SSOPs and conducting a hazard analysis

Requirements
• Open to Indian Nationals
• Male, 25 years old and above
• At least 3 to 4 years relevant Quality Assurance Supervisor, Controller or Inspector in the relevant field
• Must have ESMA, HACCP, ISO Certificates
• Excellent communication skills
