Quality Manager Job Description- The Quality Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the Munawala quality system.
- The Quality Manager has the responsibility as the management representative for the quality system and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the organization
- The role will also focus on the customer, providing liaison with the audit teams from airlines, regulators and certification bodies.
Decision making
The Quality Manager must be able to make decisions on how to escalate non compliances and provide input to the senior management and line departments on remedial actions
Planning
The Quality Manager must be able to plan annual audit schedules which will comply with ISO and ISAGO requirements
Communication
The Quality Manager has to have strong communication skills as it is a role which provides an independent stream of information from the operational management. The information stream coming back to the management is a crucial factor in the business to provide customer service and ensuring standards are met.

Quality Manager Job Requirements
- Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- The candidate should have at least 10 years’ experience in the Aviation Industry in airline ground handling
- The candidate should have experience in delivering ISAGO and ISO registration and certification
- The candidate must be able to write Ground Handling Procedures and Manuals
- The candidate should have experience in management
