Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the sales team and focuses mostly on preparation and distribution of sales documents as required.
• Attending the operations meeting and follow up with planning on pending orders / urgent requests or items delivery and updates the sales team accordingly.
• Responsible for updating Order bank and Order booking in the system on daily basis.
• Makes sales invoices, reports the sales closing/status to sales team and attending the sales meeting as & when required.
• Preparation of budget, sales forecast and quotations in coordination with sales team as per the direction of Sales and Marketing Manager as and when required.
• Coordinates with finance for price to prepare new quotations, LC shipment details and to prepare credit/debit notes if any... as per the advice of sales team.
• Coordinates with admin for exports shipment documentations and shipment terms where required.
• Works closely with sales team to report the department progress and to achieve the targeted sales.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business or Sales & Marketing Management.
• Two to three years experiance as Sales Administrator/ Sales Coordinator.
• Computer literacy skills (MS word, excel & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in ERP based systems and business applications software’s.
• Fluent in English for oral and writing communication.
• Knowledge of basic product quality requirements and quality principles.
