- Completed apprenticeship as a polydesigner / in 3D decorator or several years of professional experience as a visual merchandiser
- “Passion for Fashion” and constant updating of trends
- Proactive and organized way of working
- customer-oriented, responsible, team-minded and independent personality
- Good communication skills and inspirational to your colleagues
- Good stress management and efficient teamwork
- First management experience is an advantage
- Good English skills are a plus
