Job DescriptionRequirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any relevant certifications
- Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics Department) in the FMCG / Food Industry
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Proficient in using warehouse software packages (WMS - ERP) and MS Office Applications
- Strong experience in warehouse process such as Inbound, Put away, Storage Inventory, Local/Export/ Production Issuance, Receiving / Replenishments, GRN, GRV, Dispatches, etc.,
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Extensive experience in managing a team of min 50

Job Description:
- Will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing operations
- Lead warehouse operation i.e. inventory handling, issuance to the production, Issuance to the Export, GRVs & RTB handling
- Responsible for Physical inventory, Cycle and Periodic count, monthly stock counting in all warehouses
- Responsible for KPIs checking and aging reports
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of the products
- Ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations
- To assure that warehouse workers are adhering with safety guidelines of the company
- Supervising direct operation of export handling
- Receiving of the export picking lists, making PL, picking the goods, Advising OOS, following up with prod, Purchase and export sales and arranging the OOS goods and finally invoicing the order
- Handling over invoices to Export supervisor to prepare the export documents and loading the trucks/ container as per the schedule confirmed by export supervisor
- To assure that warehouse is organized and cleaned all the time and is ready for all the internal and external audits
- To report slow moving and absolute inventory monthly
- Preparing destruction reports
- Verify production reports prior sending to the production department for ending the reports
- Make sure the FIFO is followed during all the issuance activities
- Other duties assigned by the Manager
