The opportunity
Project: Commercial Offices - Mace’s pipeline for construction projects/ commercial offices, residential and mixed-use in London.
Mace is looking for an experienced associate director to join this rapidly growing and successful part of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:

Mace is looking for an experienced associate director to join this rapidly growing and successful part of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the strategic overview of the project.
- Directing and managing the client relationship.
- Managing the team of design managers.
- Managing the design management process ensuring the design is complaint to the ER’s/CP’s designed to the project budget/cost plan.
- Ensuring the design has mitigated all risks and have identified opportunities.
- Ensuring the design management will include pulling together robust consultant appointments, design management plan and design programmes.
- Requiring agreement from all parties including client and Mace internal teams regarding all design management plan, changes and programmes.
- Controlling and managing the design process on a specific project.
- Providing support in work winning within international contracting.
